What is considered Beaverdam Valley?

  • Beaverdam Road is at its center and terminates to the east at the ends of Lynn Cove and Webb Cove Roads.
  • The northern side of the valley is bordered by Elk Mountain Scenic Hwy.
  • The southern side includes all roads off of Beaverdam Road leading up to Town Mountain Road.
  • The western border starts at the corner of Beaverdam Road and Merrimon Avenue to include Dover, Culvern, Swift, Inglewood and Wisteria Roads and excludes the Kimberly Avenue section of the Grace neighborhood.
