408 Beaverdam Road

Current Status

BVNA is aware of the proposed sale of 408 Beaverdam Road, the 10-acre green space owned by Revol Church.

We have been in touch with church leadership as well as the real estate listing agents to explore any openness to the idea that the property be acquired to become permanent green space. The idea was warmly received.

These discussions assumed the property is salable, and with an understanding that any public effort is complex and would require time.

As of yesterday, (10/13/25), the property listing was removed as due diligence of the seller continues.

BVNA is prepared to act in an information sharing capacity and to spearhead early organizational efforts, hoping a larger coalition of community members, city and county leaders, and non-profits can develop a unified vision and explore the feasibility of such an undertaking.
